Overview
Erin Pietkewicz is an associate in Connell Foley LLP's Commercial Litigation, Aviation, and Product Liability and Tort Law Groups. A former Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney, Erin has extensive litigation experience. While in the D.A.'s office, she handled a case load of 200 cases, and prosecuted a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases. She has drafted and argued a variety of pretrial motions, and presented cases to a Grand Jury.
During law school, Erin served as a clinician with the Cardozo Criminal Appeals Clinic and the Cardozo Prosecutor Practicum and Colloquium, where she interned at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. She also previously served as a legal intern for the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney.
Erin received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Public Service Scholar and David Berg Fellow. She earned her B.A. cum laude in Criminology from the University of Florida.
