Zachary Nastro

Zachary Nastro is an associate at Connell Foley LLP and will practice in the areas of insurance defense, Labor Law and construction litigation, premises liability and general negligence. His experience includes defense of corporations and educational institutions in various civil litigation matters, including product liability, labor law, premises liability, automobile accidents, and contractual disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Zachary worked as defense counsel representing commercial insurers and individual clients through all phases of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials. He also represented commercial insurers, various businesses, and individual clients through all aspects of litigation, including trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Zachary received his J.D. in 2016 from St. John’s University School of Law where he was associate managing editor of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Journal. He also served as executive director of the Hugh L. Carey Dispute Resolution Society and was a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Legal Program, Inc., Securities Arbitration Clinic. He received his B.A. in History and a minor in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University in 2012.
