Overview
Zac Brower is an associate practicing in Connell Foley LLP’s Corporate and Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Labor and Employment groups. In his transactional practice, Zac drafts and revises various contracts including advisory services agreements and assignment agreements as well as supporting documentation for asset purchase agreements. He also conducts research on corporate governance issues. As a litigator, he serves as co-counsel in all facets of complex litigation matters, from discovery and motion practice through trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Zac served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Zac was a Distinguished Scholar at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as the Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
