Overview
Jodi Luciani counsels private clients, corporations, and real estate clients on land use and zoning, redevelopment, municipal law, and regulatory and government affairs.
Jodi has extensive insights into local, state, and federal regulations and public procedures, and corporate and commercial matters, having counseled corporate and real estate clients on a wide range of matters, and has significant experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, lease agreements, and related project acquisition and development agreements.
Jodi has assisted clients in obtaining land use approvals and serves as Chair of the Township of Springfield Zoning Board of Adjustment. She has represented public entities, including utilities, parking and housing authorities, and municipalities throughout New Jersey. Her knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations has made her intimately familiar with public procedure, including procurement and policy implementation.
Her experience in redevelopment includes negotiating agreements with various municipalities and assisting in obtaining public incentives.
Jodi has considerable experience handling challenges to land use approvals, redevelopment issues, and matters in local public contract law.
