Overview
Jared Hotchkiss focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense matters. A former Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, he has extensive litigation and motion-practice experience.
As a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas K. Isenhour, J.S.C., in New Jersey Superior Court from August 2021 through August 2022, Jared researched and drafted judicial decisions on criminal cases, assisted in trial preparation, and moderated mediation for civil matters.
Jared graduated magna cum laude (order of the coif) from Rutgers Law School, where he earned a Merit Scholarship, the Myron Harkavy Award for “Most Promise as a Trial Lawyer,” and a place on the Dean’s List. While in law school Jared also served as a Senior Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and as a member of the Moot Court Board.
