In the article, Mike examines the new guidance issued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on the rights and limitations of employers when it comes to mandating COVID-19 vaccinations. As he writes, "[u]nder certain circumstances, employers can require that employees obtain a COVID-19 vaccination." However, there are exceptions, and employers must be aware of the circumstances and considerations surrounding such a directive.
