Nevins McCann, Co-chair of Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group, is a contributor to Real Estate NJ's "2020 Market Forecast," published on January 23, 2020. The Forecast is comprised of New Jersey's commercial real estate industry's most influential professionals offering their predictions for the year ahead. Among other trends, Nevins provides insight into transit-oriented development, saying "[m]illennials want to live near mass transit and are not buying homes in suburban areas (who wouldn’t prefer a train ride over a Parkway/Turnpike commute)?" He also adds, "if ground-up development softens, then we’ll see acquisitions and sales pick up."
