ROSELAND, N.J./November 29 , 2006 -- Steve Barnett hosted and presented at an OSHA seminar for New York & New Jersey Real Estate Developers and Managers entitled "Resources for Creating & Improving Your Safety Culture.” The seminar took place between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the Conference Center at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey.

This year’s seminar discussed worker safety and health in the construction and management of real property assets, for both industrial and residential properties. The seminar further discussed how OSHA rules apply when dealing with construction on a Brownfield or operation and maintenance of a high rise hotel, condominium, or office tower.

Steve Barnett is Co-Chair of OSHA/New Jersey Communication Alliance and hosted the seminar along with Professor Robert Taylor, PhD of the Center for Environmental Management and Analysis at Montclair State University. The seminar provided expert opinions on how to make the most of technology and limited resources to provide effective safety and health programs for employees in real estate.
