Karen Painter Randall, co-chair of Connell Foley's Cyber Security and Data Privacy Group, and Steven A. Kroll, an associate in the Group, recently authored the third of four planned articles in a series being published in USLAW Magazine's special section on "Cybersecurity: The New Professional Risk." The latest article, published in the Spring/Summer 2016 issue, is titled "Part 3 of 4: Will a Cyberattack on the Energy and Transportation Industries Become the Next Global Crisis?" The article examines the increasing risks of hacking incidents in these key industries and proposes solutions for improving security to prevent crippling attacks.
