Connell Foley attorneys Philip W. Allogramento III and Christopher M. Hemrick presented a New Jersey approved continuing legal education seminar on March 12, 2014 providing a comprehensive overview of the commercial foreclosure process from the viewpoint of the secured lender. This presentation included practice tips and insight based upon their own experiences prosecuting commercial foreclosure actions on behalf of banks, hedge funds, distressed debt investors and other secured lenders. The presentation also addressed bankruptcy issues commonly encountered during the commercial foreclosure process.
