ROSELAND, N.J./October 07, 2008 -- Patrick J. McAuley, a partner and member of Connell Foley’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group, will participate in a panel discussion on urban renewal at the upcoming RealShare New Jersey Networking Conference to be held at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe on October 16, 2008.
The panel discussion, entitled “Urban New Jersey: Have Our Cities Finally Turned the Corner?” will cover the economic struggles that our urban centers have experienced and how they may be headed toward prosperity. Recent real estate and economic activity in Newark, Jersey City, Morristown, New Brunswick, Long Branch, Trenton, and Camden will be discussed, as will the impact of their recent advances.
Additionally, Mr. McAuley has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the 7th Annual RealShare New Jersey Networking Conference.
