ROSELAND, N.J./May 10, 2007 -- George J. Kenny will moderate a panel entitled "Advertising Ethics: The Impact of Opinion 39," presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association and ICLE beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 17 at The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Panelists will engage in an open discussion of the Supreme Court Committee’s published Opinion 39 − including a critique of its basis, method of publication, and extent of attorney restrictions in discussing the competence of other lawyers.
This panel discussion, developed by Mr. Kenny, is part of the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting, beginning on May 16, 2007.
