John Cromie Adds Expertise to Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, Through Role Leading Financial Decision Makers Roundtable

ROSELAND, NJ (October 16, 2012) - Connell Foley Partner John D. Cromie has been appointed to the Steering Committee for the Financial Decision Makers Roundtable of Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ). The Financial Decision Makers Roundtable is a group of CIANJ’s member firms and professionals who have a background and interest in financial matters. Comprised of principals, chief financial officers, accountants, lenders and attorneys, the group sponsors detailed presentations on issues which directly impact CIANJ members.

According to Cromie, “By participating in CIANJ and its roundtable discussions, members gain access and are exposed to expertise in diverse industries, while we grow our presence as knowledgeable professionals in our field. I’m pleased to share my experience to this talented group of individuals and anticipate lively discussions with some of the most insightful individuals in business today.”

In practice for over 24 years, Cromie supports clients in real estate, corporate/business law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking law. Chair of Connell Foley’s Corporate Law and Transactions Practice Group, he counsels a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 public companies to privately owned mid-cap enterprises and start-up ventures; he also is outside General Counsel to numerous companies in a variety of industries, from real estate, to construction, manufacturing, specialty chemical, and medical, and others.
