John D. Cromie, chair of Connell Foley’s Corporate and Business Law Group, and Neil V. Mody, a partner in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group, co-authored “Allocating Risk by Contract: Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Insurance Provisions,” published in the Spring/Summer 2015 issue of USLAW Magazine.  The article examines how the proper drafting, analysis and documentation of these different provisions can facilitate the allocation of risk in commercial agreements.
