October 5, 2016 -- Connell Foley LLP recently represented Seton Hall University in a $36.25 million bond offering intended to finance the construction of a new Welcome Center for the University. Issued through the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority (NJEFA), the bond offering will also help fund renovations to the Bishop Dougherty University Center.
An integral part of the University's master plan, the Welcome Center will be a 46,000 square foot facility housing admissions, events and dining services, as well as a parking area. Connell Foley partner John Cromie and associate Mark Forand represented Seton Hall University in the bond offering.
