Jennifer Carrillo-Perez, of counsel in Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group, was a panelist at the Newark Regional Business Partnership's "Real Estate Market Forecast: Newark Continues to Rise" on March 7, 2017. The program was widely covered in the press, including articles in NJBIZ ("Real estate experts discuss Newark development at business partnership panel") and RealEstateNJ ("Newark rising: Successful projects breed confidence for what's still to come, panel says"). In this latter article, Ms. Carrillo-Perez is quoted as saying "Newark isn’t trying to find its voice — it’s actually just expressing it. We always have had an identity and now we are just reintroducing it to the world.”
