A 47-Story Tower being developed by the property company LeFrak will increase retail space beyond its ground floor as the result of the efforts of Elnardo Webster, a partner in Connell Foley LLP’s Real Estate and Land Use Group.

Elnardo convinced the Jersey City Planning Board to allow an amendment to the tower’s plans that would increase the project’s retail space to include room that had formerly been earmarked for three-bedroom unit on the building’s second floor, as well as one of the final remaining parcels of vacant land on the shores of the Hudson River. The resulting two-story retail operation will most likely be home to a restaurant with waterfront access. The project was further amended to add a transformer to service the proposed electric vehicle parking spaces.

The project now consists of 528 residential units.
