Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce that firm partner Molly Kellett has been selected by NJBIZ as one of their 2021 Forty Under 40 Honorees, an annual list that recognizes “40 business women and men, under the age of 40, for their notable successes and demonstrations of strong leadership in the state.”
Nominees to NJBIZ’s “Forty Under 40” program are evaluated on specific criteria in the areas of professional accomplishments, leadership, vision and community service. An independent panel of judges scores each nominee and ultimately identifies the leading 40 candidates. Molly and her fellow honorees will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, September 30th.
An experienced litigator, Molly handles negotiations, counseling and disputes for significant projects in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, including construction and development projects and oil and gas pipelines. On the employment law side, Molly counsels employers on matters ranging from the defense of discrimination claims to enforcement of restrictive covenants. She also handles internal investigations and regularly presents on employment issues in the workplace, including the emerging issue of how employers can protect employees and the company from bullying in the workplace.
Molly is a Barrister in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, which seeks to promote legal excellence in civil litigation and fidelity to the highest standards of professionalism. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Tulane University.
