Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce that it once again achieved Mansfield Certification for the 2023-2024 period and has committed to maintaining its Mansfield Certification status for the 2024-2025 period. Mansfield Certification is awarded to firms that consider for leadership roles broad slates of qualified talent including women lawyers, underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities.
As part of the Certification process, firms must also demonstrate a concerted effort to enhance the transparency of their leadership roles, advancement processes, and compensation policies. Mansfield Certification is awarded by the Diversity Lab, a developer of methods for boosting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
Connell Foley has committed to Mansfield’s year-long, structured certification process since 2021 and is among a select group of firms that the Diversity Lab has categorized as “Trendsetters – Firms That Have Achieved Certification & Remained Committed for 2-4 Years.”
