Connell Foley is pleased to announce that the firm has achieved 5.0 Mansfield Certification by Diversity Lab, joining more than 160 leading law firms participating in the Mansfield 5.0 Certification process.
The Mansfield Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered "at least thirty percent women, lawyers from underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, lawyers with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ lawyers for top leadership roles, senior-level lateral hiring, promotions into the equity partnership, and participation in client pitch meetings."
Neil Mody, co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee and Chair of the Hiring Committee, stated, “We are extremely proud of this recognition. Our participation in the Mansfield process has helped us enhance our internal processes through vital conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion, and how best to support our diverse lawyers.”
Connell Foley has recommitted to participate in the Mansfield 6.0 Certification process, which will run through the summer of 2023.
