Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley LLP’s Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Incident Response Group, on April 18, 2024 will participate in a live New Jersey State Bar Foundation webcast titled “Sexting, Cyberbullying and Media Manipulation and Their Dangerous Consequences: How our laws have become outpaced by technology.”
Karen will be joined Felicia Farber, an award-winning author and authority on the inadequacy of current regulations that apply to sexting and cyberbullying, as well as Michael Kaelber, and Stuart Green, Director of the NJ Coalition for Bullying Awareness and Prevention. Former NJSBA president Kimberly A. Yonta, Esq. will moderate the panel.
