Connell Foley Managing Partner Philip F. McGovern Jr. and former Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno will present at the International Real Estate Management Conference: Connecting Bridges and Borders in Real Estate Property Management, which will be held May 8-9 at the NJCU School of Business in Jersey City.
The Conference will explore property management practices, risk and conflict, and policy trends affecting investors, owners/operators, property managers and development strategies in the field of managing commercial real estate. The event will focus on cross-border common themes that the commercial real estate property management landscape should consider for next generation sustainability.
Phil will participate in a panel titled "Real Estate Finance: What Property Managers Need to Know for Property Management Operations Today." He will be joined by co-panelists Nitin Jagga, Vice President of Goldman Sachs; James Raborn, Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of BCB Community Bank; Dorothy Bolinsky, Partner at Drinker Biddle; and moderator Eugene Boffa Jr., Member of Schumann Hanlon.
The Conference is presented in partnership with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the City of Jersey City - Department of Housing, Economic Development & Commerce, JCEDC, and the Institute for Dispute Resolution (IDR) and the Peter Mangin Real Estate Institute at New Jersey City University (NJCU) and Burgos University, Spain.
