Connell Foley LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to work on Real Estate, and Land Use matters based out of the Roseland office. Candidates must be admitted in New Jersey. Work experience and references are required.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
- Land Use Laws and Regulations;
- Redevelopment Laws and Regulations;
- Permitting and Approvals with Planning and Zoning Boards;
- Zoning Changes;
- Condemnation issues;
- Contractual negotiations;
- NJDEP permitting and appeals.
