Alternative Energy Initiatives Discussed by Rhatican and Tantalla

Highlighted in New Jersey & Company

 

ROSELAND, NJ, August 18, 2010 --- James P. Rhatican and Michele T. Tantalla were highlighted in the July/August 2010 issue of New Jersey & Company magazine in an article entitled, "Alternative Energy Impetus".  The article addressed recent NJ legislation and incentives, as well as proposed legislation and regulations, which are designed to help implement the state’s 2008 clean energy plan.  Both attorneys provided keen insight on NJ initiatives that encourage wind and solar energy development in the state of New Jersey.
