Falanga Presents on UCC and Bankruptcy Trends

Stephen V. Falanga, head of the firm's Bankruptcy,
Reorganization and Creditor's Rights Practice Group,
recently moderated a panel at the American Bankruptcy
Institute's Annual Spring Meeting held in Washington D.C.
The panel titled "Practice Tips, Pitfalls and Recent
Trends When Bankruptcy and the Uniform Commercial Code
Collide" featured co-panelists Honorable Mary Grace
Diehl, a United States Bankruptcy Judge from the Northern
District of Georgia, Professor Ingrid M. Hillinger from
Boston College Law School and Carl N. Kunz, a bankruptcy
partner at Morris James LLP in Wilmington, DE. Mr.. Falanga
serves as Education Director for the ABI's Secured Credit
Committee.

American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest
