E. Kevin Volz joined the firm in the 2008 as an
associate in the Business Litigation practice
group. His work focuses primarily on white collar
defense, complex commercial litigation, and
securities-related matters.
Mr. Volz graduated from the University of Florida
College of Law, and spent his third year as a
visiting student at the Georgetown University Law
Center. While in law school, he was a member of the
Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. He
served as a legal intern in the White House Office
of National Drug Control Policy, and was a summer
associate for a firm that focused its practice on
construction law. Mr. Volz received his A.B. in
Politics from Princeton University.
