Jason E. Marx concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, probate and trust litigation, tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and business succession planning.

Mr. Marx represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. He also deals with tax authorities on both the state and federal level in connection with the auditing of tax returns both for individuals filing personal income tax and gift tax returns and for estates filing estate tax returns.

Mr. Marx is a member of the Morris County Bar Association Trust and Estates Committee.
