Susan Kwiatkowski is an associate with a
primary focus on tort, aviation and
insurance law. She also consults and
represents insurers on complex insurance
issues. She is admitted to practice before
the United States District Court, District
of New Jersey. She is a member of the New
Jersey State Bar Association, the New York
State Bar Association and the American Bar
Association.
In 2007, Ms. Kwiatkowski earned a Juris
Doctorate from American University,
Washington College of Law. While in law
school, she served in the Women and the Law
Clinic and was a Deans Fellow in the
WorkLife Law Program. Ms. Kwiatkowski also
served as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s
Office, Civil Division, in Washington, D.C.
She served as a summer associate with
Connell Foley in 2006.
In 2004, Ms. Kwiatkowski earned a Bachelor
of Arts from Brown University.
