Richard A. Jagen has been with the firm since 1997. He focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury, automobile negligence, construction, occupational exposure, product liability, insurance coverage, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Jagen is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Middlesex County Bar Association. He also had served as the Essex County Representative to the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2002.

During his law school career, he interned with the Honorable Alfred E. Lechner in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
