Jennifer C. Critchley focuses
her practice in business
litigation in both federal and
state courts of New Jersey. She
has represented clients from
many different industries,
including banking institutions,
pharmaceutical companies,
insurance companies, property
developers, and media and
entertainment companies.
Ms. Critchley has been involved
in a wide variety of successful
representations. Some notable
examples include representation
of a national bank in a fraud
action; representation of a
major entertainment company in a
fraud class action;
representation of a major
chemical products and services
company in a patent infringement
case; and representation of an
insurance company in personal
injury cases.
Prior to joining Connell Foley
in 2003, Ms. Critchley clerked
for the Honorable Mark Falk,
United States Magistrate Judge
for the District of New Jersey,
United States District Court
(2002-2003). During law school,
Ms. Critchley interned for the
New Jersey Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control and served as a
student attorney in the Juvenile
Justice Clinic.
