Michael Bojbasa concentrates in the areas of products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle and aviation related matters.  Currently, he is a member of the firm’s team involved in representing one of the defendants in the consolidated litigation arising out of the events of September 11th.

At the Hofstra University School of Law he was a research editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.  Mr. Bojbasa also participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) program, dealing extensively with trial techniques and procedures.
